What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by product — most apparel categories start at 50 units per style, and full team kits start at a single team set (minimum 15 kits). See each product page for specifics.
How long does a sample take? How long does bulk production take?
Sample production typically takes 8–10 days after your specs and artwork are approved. Bulk production runs 15–18 days after the sample is approved.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we regularly manufacture and ship to customers in the USA, UK, Canada, and across the Middle East.
Can you do private label / white label manufacturing?
Yes. We manufacture under your brand — your labels, tags, and packaging — with no branding of our own on the finished product.
What customization options are available?
Fabric choice, color, embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, DTF printing, custom labels, and full size-range grading are all available. See each product page for details specific to that category.
What's your quality control process?
Every order goes through a sample-approval stage before bulk production begins, plus in-line and pre-shipment inspection on bulk runs, so what ships matches the approved sample.
